Together with our partners at the ICGC ARGO Data Coordination Centre, we are excited to announce Data Release 2.0 on the ICGC ARGO Data Platform, which includes Open Access Variant Filtered data in the File Repository for 4 ARGO programs.
There are now 36,970 files available in the file repository across 1,031 donors.
New Features: Program dashboards and the File Repository have been updated with new features to filter on Open Access Variant Filtered data, and new file detail pages are now accessible from the File Repository table. Read the full release details here.
